We ordered our 3-tier wedding cake from Marvel Cakes, and we are SO happy with the decision! Maryam did an incredible job and we got so many complements on it! She prepared a tasting with a handful of flavors for us to pick up and take home. We went with two flavors for different tiers – pistachio for one, and lemon raspberry for the others with buttercream frosting and whipped cream fillings. Both flavors were so incredibly delicious! She even matched my inspo picture of the design perfectly! We ended up freezing some of the leftover cake to have after honeymoon, and after a month of freezing, when we thawed it, the cake still tasted incredibly moist and delicious. I can’t recommend Marvel Cakes enough, and we’re excited for next year when we order more anniversary cake! Thank you Maryam!

This was a cute little bakery with amazingly delicious confessions we tried the royal hazelnut the mango royale and the creme brulee they were superb. We also tried the new match drinks which were very good aswell.

Tried several pastries here and had mixed feelings. The Napoleon (mille-feuille) looked great, but the puff pastry layers were not crispy — they felt soft and slightly soggy, which took away from the classic texture I was expecting. The Dubai croissant was disappointing. The outside had some flakiness, but the inside was dense and bread-like, more like a condensed dough than a proper croissant. Between the tarts, the passion fruit tart was clearly better than the lemon tart. It had a brighter, more balanced acidity and felt more refreshing overall. The lemon tart, on the other hand, lacked sharpness — the citrus flavor was muted and somewhat overshadowed by the cream, which made it feel heavier and less vibrant than expected. Service was also just okay — I mentioned the croissant issue, but there was no real follow-up or resolution. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re curious to try different pastries, but I wouldn’t come specifically for laminated pastries like croissants or mille-feuille.

​I frequent this spot whenever I’m craving a sweet treat, and it never fails to deliver. It has quickly become one of my go-to favorites! ​On my most recent visit, I tried the pistachio spiral croissant, and it was absolutely incredible—perfectly flaky and really delicious. 😋 ​If you're looking for a consistently great dessert or pastry, I highly recommend checking them out!

Unfortunately, Marvel Cake is one of those spots with a beautiful interior and stunning-looking desserts that just don’t deliver on taste. When we walked in, we were impressed by the wide variety of options and decided to try the Napoleon, the pink opera cake, and the chocolate opera cake. Starting with the pink opera cake, it was easily the worst of the three. It had an odd jelly layer that was extremely sour and completely clashed with the rest of the flavors. The gelatinous texture made it hard to eat, and we couldn’t even finish it. Definitely a waste of money. The chocolate opera cake was slightly better, but still missed the mark. The flavors were unbalanced, leaning far too bitter, and the overall composition just didn’t come together like a proper opera cake should. The Napoleon, however, was a standout. It was light, perfectly flaky, and had just the right level of sweetness, genuinely delicious. Overall, for the steep prices, having two out of three desserts be almost inedible was really disappointing. It’s a pretty place to look at, but definitely not one I’d return to for dessert.
